Spring is a love this time of year. Any dry day has been spent trying to get the garden in order after a very wet winter and I spend as much time as possible outside. It is wonderful to see the new growth in April.

We have had cherry blossom for quite some time and magnolias have burst open these last few days into spring. The daffodils, hellebores, camellias and tulips lift the spirits and it is fantastic to finally have some flowers to bring into the house, but what I love most of all just now are the wild primroses in ditches around the countryside.
